Heartland Tire

We were coming home from a Thanksgiving trip and blew out a tire on I-90, just outside of Fairmont, MN. Since it was a Sunday, no tire shops were open until Monday morning. We got a hotel room and I tried to book an appointment on-line at Heartland Tire for the morning. I was very excited to find out that they had an 8 a.m. appointment for Monday morning and even more excited to see that they had many sets of tires in my car's size in stock...... or so I thought. I came into Heartland Tire Monday morning for my appointment and barely could get a hello out of the guy behind the counter. I was trying to order tires online and had some trouble with the website. Dale called me, (must of got my number when I was struggling with the website) gave me a better price than I found online, and had my tires installed the next day in under an hour. That was awesome. 👏

Great experience here at an extremely reasonable price, way below what I would expect to have been charged. I brought my tractor trailer in and they patched it quickly. If I ever get a flat again I hope I'm near these guys, you just can't beat honest shops!

I recently bought a used class A motorhome locally and the previous owner recommend them to me. I am so glad she did! From my very first conversation with Rob I felt confident about going there. Shortly after I got my RV home I noticed a tire had gone flat. I called up Rob and he explained to me what the issue may be. He sent out his tech Cody the next day to come and fix what turned out to be a leaky valve stem. Honestly I have never been more reassured and confident in the level of quality and service I received.
