Huge thank you to Hawkins Towing, and especially Joe, who showed up exactly when I needed calm, capable help. Joe handled everything like a true professional — simple, straightforward, and respectful. He didn’t talk down to me, didn’t “mansplain,” and didn’t add stress to an already stressful situation. Instead, he was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely concerned about my safety. From start to finish, Joe made me feel like I was in good hands. His approach was confident without being condescending, and reassuring without being overbearing. That kind of professionalism makes a real difference. When the officer pulled me over, he said that Hawkins was the only one available and, honestly, I should have known right then and there what the deal was but $200 cash only for for a tow no more than 1500- 2100ft?!!???!!!! When the worker heard the hitch in my voice and the long pause in response to the price, he told me it was that price because of a traffic stop fee... Coincidentally enough the cop, also, charged me cash only- it was half as much but felt just as off as my interaction with Hawkins.

These guys are the absolute best! We had a flat on the interstate and they were there to get us in under 10 minutes. They took us to their shop, changed and fixed the tire and had us back on our way in under an hour. They were really nice and fun to be around, and the price was so low it surprised me - on a holiday too!! Can't recommend them highly enough!

The guys at Hawkins Towing’s garage are always professional and help keep my cars on the road. They have been able to find the parts for my vehicle and always get the job done in a timely manner. The guys working their tow trucks do a phenomenal job as well and were able to help a client of mine who got his trailer stuck in drive though lane at the local bank. Thanks to them, the bank was able to get their drive through open in just a short time!

I've had the pleasure of working with Hawkins Towing quite a few times this year and they have always offered fair rates and excellent customer service! Shane towed my vehicle a few times and is hard working and professional. Kurt, the office worker is also hard working, professional and will work with you. Jared, the owner is a man of integrity, kindness and great business skills. I would recommend Hawkins Towing for anyone's towing and car service needs. They do towing, car service and continue to branch out to try to best serve thier community! Highly recommend, thank you all for everything!
