Had an emergency lockout situation. The operator was very attentive and gave me an estimated time of an hour. However, the tow-man came in about 20 minutes after my phone call. The tow-man was also very helpful and opened my car door, while also cracking a few jokes. Overall good customer service and barely any wait time. Will use again in the future for towing or lockout needs.

Scott was simply amazing. Called me back immediately, arrived quickly, talked me through everything he was doing while working on my apparently dead battery, and was funny and polite throughout. While towing me he even gave me a ride to Auto Zone before proceeding to my mechanic. I’ll never use anyone else!

$200 to tow my boyfriends car two miles is not affordable or reasonable not to mention at arrival the driver backed into his already wrecked car but acted like nothing happened. Absolutely horrible company extremely unhappy with experience. And to answer your comment that goes to show super unprofessionalism. He did have insurance because he called and made the claim 😂 and also he didn't run the stop sign because he was hit. How is he gonna hit someone from his left side when he was sitting at the stop sign attempting to turn right? Also the other driver was making a turn onto that street while he was sitting at the stop sign, thus plowing into his left side. So I'm not exactly sure how he would've made a very real insurance claim with no insurance and how he blew the stop sign hitting
