I needed an estimate for an accident, I called on the phone the gentleman’s wife answered she was polite and stated I could come for the estimate. I did, the owner was also very polite, professional, and accurate on providing and estimate. I went to 2 other shops in Crowley they were rude and acted as if I was bothering them, not the kind of people I trust with my car, Hayes body shop was the opposite and I have no issue waiting for my turn to repair my car I’m Sure his work is as professional as the service for the estimate. If you need work done and an estimate come here friendliest at most professional shop I’ve dealt with in the Crowley areas.
The Hayes' are good people that do great work.
