These guys are very knowledgeable and polite. I had an issue with my Mercedes and Tim was kind enough to talk me through the issue and thus saving me from being stranded in my van. They are going to be my shop for any service going forward as I’ve never seen that amount of generosity at any other mechanic shop. 11/10 would recommend.

I brought my BMW 535 to Hayes European, and they did a phenomenal job. I didn’t feel taken advantage of at all — they were honest, straightforward, and genuinely cared about helping me. That is so rare these days. Tim and the team explained everything clearly and treated me with real integrity. I left feeling grateful, relieved, and confident in the work they did. Exemplary service. Top notch operation. I brought my Mercedes in for an issue that I thought would be much more involved and expensive than it ended up being. Hayes European could have easily taken the more profitable road with my repair but instead chose the professional route and offered a couple less expensive solutions. Tim who works there is phenomenal, goes out of his way to help genuinely and they dont hound you for things that you dont need. They have plenty of work, but always make time to be a friendly atmosphere and super helpful!
