Hayward Nissan Service

This is the slowest service I have ever received. I had an appointment for 12:45 and it took one hour for the check in process to be completed after they tried to sell me one of their packages. And then proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t sure if my car would be completed for an oil change and tire rotation by end of day (5:30pm). The service consultant was kind. Was informed he would call us and inform us when the car was completed and we never received a call. We were proactive and arrived back to the dealership at 5:30 and was told it was done while our receipt said it was done at 4pm. It then took another 30 minutes just to check out, pay, and get my car. If you’re going to get any service done here make an early appointment and plan to not have your car for the entire day.

Very impressed with the shuttle service. Thank you Joe. It was a convenient and hassle-free way to get to and from the dealership, and it made my service experience much more enjoyable.

Would not recommend bringing your car here. We brought our car and paid $329 - only to get a $7K+ estimate… only to turn around and get the same service/parts for half the price. Very disappointed. Going to the dealer for your services is a waste of money. Regret taking it initially and spending the $300.

We needed some emergeny repairs for our Leaf. Israel was fantastic. Very helpful, super organized, generous with his time explaining our options, and just overall a great professional. Thank you, Israel. That is how you get loyal customers.

Always a great experience. Everyone is so nice and informative. Israel was very helpful in letting me know all the services that needed to be updated on my car. He also checked for recalls. I think her name was Sherri, she was also very informative and advised me where to go for monthly specials.
