Courtesy, competence and integrity are three characteristics that come to mind when I think of Austin. I was impressed with Austin’s approach to customer service, his ability to diagnose the problem, and the very reasonable charge to repair my RV. As an additional bonus, he came to me to perform the work. I highly recommend Austin for Freightliner related, and probably any other chassis related RV service.

We had just pulled out of our drive when our 2018 GMC just died. We went to the local dealership but decided quickly we didn’t want them to do the work for us. (Poor Attitude). We went online to search for somewhere else and found HD Auto & Diesel Repair. We decided to go by and talk with them. After walking in the door and being greeted with a Smile and a How can I help you today, we were impressed immediately. Robert listened to what our problem was, said let me see when my tow truck can pick up your truck. Truck was picked up around noon (the same day) and at 7:30 the next morning we received a call that our truck was ready to be picked up. Wow! So #1, we were treated with respect when we 1st walked in, #2, our truck was towed in, part was ordered, truck repaired all within less th
