The guys at VT Auto Care are awesome! Very personable, reliable and honest. I actually enjoy bringing my vehicle(s) there because I know they will be tended to in a professional (and fast) way. I also have never waited more than one day for anything to be completed and NEVER had to bring a vehicle back because something didn’t work or for the same reason I brought it there in the first place. Bring your car there. You won’t be disappointed!

Both very nice guys who own this. They found and fixed the issue with a sound my car was making in the front end. Turns out my tire was off the bearing, they got the part same day and repaired it. It drives so much quieter and smoother now. Will be going back.

Finally, a shop with honest and down to earth mechanics! I have so much to say. I look forward to bringing my vehicle in, vs dreading all of the trickery I might have to navigate in contrast to the shops of my past. I never get any aggressive upselling, they fix the current problem, let me know options for the future, and give thoughtful opinions on what is probably necessary in the order of importance. Multiple times, they've included me in shopping-out the best part with the screen visible... no behind the scenes "trust me it's the best price" mentality. Women seem to be prey in price gouging in the auto industry unfortunately, but it is such a relief to feel the opposite- included in the process and treated kindly as an equal. First time I used this service my regular place was closed because of vacation. It was to my good fortune. Todd did an excellent and thorough oil change. tire rotation and superb 4 point check. This check is presented as an inspection report with actual pictures of ea item. I was going on a trip of about 1400 mi l es and would have been stranded somewhere needing a transmission. The fluid was bkack and burnt smelling i took this to several transmission places and my brother in law who said you need a new transmission. Good thing you didn't travel because you would be broke diwn. So i so appreciate the friendly, thorough and professional job Tidd did and the report they send you to your phone.

Could not be happier with the Service I received on my BMW Z-4. They replaced my convertible top motor and relocated it for easy access in case I needed it repaired or replaced in the future. They did a great job! Very reasonable pricing too. Will definitely use them again if needed.
