I called in desperate need for help as I was stranded at the Lake 6-7 miles away! My truck wouldn’t shift into gear! I told Mr Roy my issues and with a few questions he diagnosed it over the phone!!! He brought out a couple Parts to the Lake, got me running despite NOT having the correct parts and I was able to drive it to his shop in the town of Hugo!!!! Once at the shop he had the experience of augmenting my shift cable because getting a new one would be a day or so!!! This town is FULL OF GREAT PEOPLE!! I had four different people stop and offer me help and or something to drink as I was waiting with my hood up on my truck! Hugo Oklahoma is definitely a Gem of a Town!!!

Absolute worst shop ever! Took my car in for a head gasket replacement on May 11th. It is now August 1st and my car is still not ready and has been telling me for days he is putting it back together. Today he won't even offer a time when it will be ready. He has been giving me the run around since the beginning claiming he has been working on it but when I went into the shop muti times without him know and seeing first hand that no work hand been done. I have recorded calls where he gave me mis-leading information about his progress. I hate to leave bad reviews and have plenty more to add to this. Roy, I need my car back. You claim it was a 20 hour job but you have had my car for 1,920 hours! Enough is enough!!!

I had this shop work on my car when they told me charged by the book on the job so it's a 2 hour job and they go over the 2 hour you still pay just the 2 hour. Well I bought my parts after a few guys checked it out and ended up using this one. they took one CV joint at my house and the bearing was broken and I had to buy them. Then I called and they said a seal was broken I had to buy that. On day 2 I called still not even one CV joint was back on my car finally Saturday I started getting mad bc how did a 2 hour job turn into 4 days I called aging then man was very rude to me. And told me it wouldn't be ready till Monday or Tuesday bc they got the CV joint stuck in the differential housing by the way this is the side that's just fine. they just started the CV joint is stuck and we done e

If ever in need of a used tire, they got your back and were very inexpensive. Service there is A 5 STAR. Very friendly customer service.

Did a wonderful job on the rack and pinion instal. Very affordable, helpful, insightful, and considerate. 10 out of 10 absolutely recommended.
