It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but this place completely scammed us. We took our car in for an oil change, and they told us we needed a repair on our suspension system that they would take care of for $1300. We called our regular mechanic who said they would do it for $700, so we opted to take it there instead. Our regular mechanic took a look at our car and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our suspension and that we did not need any repairs. This place tried to make us pay them over a grand for a repair we didn't even need! Beyond that- we made an appointment to get our oil changed at noon, and they didn't get to us until almost 2pm. I was a walk-in for a oil change and tire rotation. The place didn't look busy, but was told without an appointment it would be two hours. I waited which was fine. This place does a photo diagnostic, which is great! Because most shops don't. Well this is where the review goes in the wrong direction. I didn't have the right psi in my tires before I came there. So when getting the tires rotated I expect them to check the tires. Which they didn't, because the tires were the same pressure as when I brought them in. Some from the shop called to see how my service went and told me that the service manager was going to get back with me about my issue. That person never followed up, now one of my tire sensor is going off after they rotated my tires. I hate to say this, but don't tell customers tha

Heart did the front brakes on my car over a year ago. They are still shedding. My car hasn’t looked clean in a year because of the ugly brake dust caked on my wheels. How cheap were these components?? In addition suspension work they did ended up being redone months later by a different shop as part of a larger maintenance (which did it better - car ended up driving like new again).

Heart is the best. I always get my car back the same day, in better condition than it arrived. Many of their services are under warranty, and that alone has saved me a ton. Everyone that works there is kind and patient, and more than willing to explain costs, car repairs, and which services I can deprioritize if necessary. I recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
