I had the pleasure to have Tim B work on my jeep grand Cherokee. My suv was making some weird sounds and he was able to find the problems and fix them with ease. They got me in at a conveniently time for me and will be recommending them to friends and family! Thank you!

Went in to get a new battery… during the process they said they saw coolant leaking and they could investigate it for $95. Of course if there is a leak I’d need it investigated… A coolant leak could be a big deal if not taken care of. After their $95 dollar investigation of the leak, they told me there wasn’t anything leaking and they charged me $95 for what they said was a leak...When there wasn’t one… Might be the scammiest thing I’ve ever had happen to me. Have sent them multiple messages about my dissatisfaction and have received zero response as well before posting this review. Wanted to give them a chance and at least let them respond to me… but got silence Be very careful!

Brought the kids car into the shop as it lost the steering unfortunately we did not go forward with the repair. But the crew at the shop were top notch, polite professional and took the time to explain the failed parts and cost to repair. The shop was patient with me to pick the car up.

This place is awesome! They got my husband in & out quick for a wheel alignment. Christian Brothers shop around the corner was a joke! They had my husband drop his car off twice with excuses of why they couldn’t do it & saying he needed to fix all these problems before they could do wheel alignment. FYI my husband is a mechanic & he replaced everything that they said needed replacing. So shout out to Heartland tire Savage for doing a great job & not scamming us out of money$$$

I ordered a specific tire that I had already ordered from them before. After a month, I looked at the tire and realized it wasn't the one I ordered. I called them back, and they said the others were discontinued and that was the closest match. They did that without asking me. Now I have mismatched tires. I asked them what can we do to fix it they said nothing. If they would have called i would have said nvm ill get a new set.
