Heartland Tire

Paid $214 total for used trailer tire and was told it will match the one I have to the best but that wasn’t the case. They gave me the worst used tire which didn’t even last me 700 miles it hasn’t even been 2 days before it started showing wires. My mistake was not looking at the Job that was done and when I called I was told basically nothing can be done which I understand it’s used but as a paying customer u would think at least minimum it could last you for abit. I’m sure they have good new tires but if you want used I recommend elsewhere.

The experience was great. I needed to take my wife to Omaha to see her brother in the hospital. I realized I must have a nail in my tire, but it was Sunday afternoon and the only thing open was Walmart. After 2 1/2 hours the repairman said the tire had two nails and one patch held but the second didn’t. He said it was too close to the sidewall. I had them bring me the tire. I was confident it wasn’t too close to the sidewall so Monday morning I brought it to Woody. Heartland fixed it quickly and my wife and I were on the road. The tires are brand new Michelins with 5,000 miles so I was super pleased that my tire was repaired. I’ll be a customer from now on.

These guys saved me from getting stranded hours from home. Kindest people who could have fully taken advantage of a solo women traveler- but did not. I left feeling completely safe driving my car back home. Thanks so much guys.
