Tri State Rental Center

We rented chairs for a outdoor wedding. Of course it rained that morning but was nice by noon. We set the chairs up and they got dirty on the bottoms from the soft ground. Brought them back that way and they were very understanding and said they would clean them and didn't charge extra. Just lost the deposit which I truly understood.

My dad has rented from you many times. He recently rented a mower from you. While he was using it on his farm the tire blew. You had him pay for a brand new tire. $80. How many people before him used it? Was it in good condition when he rented it from you? Why should he pay the full price of a new tire when he wasn’t the first one to use it. He was told if you blew the engine that you would have to buy a new engine. Really?????????? You took advantage. When I am in town I will be stopping by to chat.

Purchased two brand new exmark seats from Tri State and had a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond. Will be back.
