Heath's Auto Service - Gilbert

Heath's Auto Service Gilbert is one of the best automotive repair shops I've ever been to! I appreciated the friendly team, speedy service, and the fact that I felt like I could actually trust these guys. I will definitely be back.

I had high hopes for this place. I hardly ever post negative reviews but I can’t help it as I have to see my crooked exhaust every day. What was more disappointing was I specifically scheduled a day where they were going to have their more experienced mechanic on it (Matt) to install my full exhaust system on my Durango.. Well let’s just say that didn’t happen, even after I brought it back a second time it was still the same person who installed it. I would’ve like to do more business with them since their staff was friendly but would rather have good quality work instead.

I've gone to Tire Pros for year's and recently had to start going to this location in Gilbert. Earl is very rude and is not the right person to run this location. They fixed a sensor on my 2022 Nissan Altima and I brought it in with no issues but the engine light came on. Other than that the car ran really good. After they fixed the issue my car now ran terrible leaving this place. I come back and the first thing Earl states to me that you know I have to charge you $200 right? I'm like I need to find out why my car ran fine before coming in here to it running terrible after you guys worked on it. He got real defensive. I wasn't getting anywhere with him and walked out. I then came back in because I spent a lot of money and I need to find out what happened to my car. Earl finall

Heath's in Gilbert did an amazing job fixing my truck and bringing it back to like new. Everyone was great to work with and my truck was ready when they said it would be! Thank you again!

The mechanics who work here are top notch professionals. The explain the issue very well so you understand everything clearly. Also at the front is the MAN. He did a great job explaining the issue and gave top notch professional customer service. Really recommend coming to them for for your car troubles. They will match the competition work and price.
