Deserves a 0. The service from the office here is terrible. The salesmen do a fantastic job selling (that’s their job) convince you to purchase. Bought a vehicle almost 3 months ago, my vehicle is not registered and I’m with expired paper plates. I wasn’t getting any response after leaving voicemails, emails. Had to show up in person to the dealership to give me a response. It’s been a nightmare, and all they say is “I’m sorry, nothing we can do, you have to deal with it” as business that’s a terrible response. getting you in a vehicle is not the issue. The issue comes afterwards. Finance, title department, manager, president of dealership no response and don’t care about helping you. I emailed the president “bc of his concern” till this day no response.

Hebert’s is my top dealership. Chuck the service manager is so quick to figure out the issues you’re having with your car and fix it. He ensures safety, care and an understanding of exactly what is happening. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and on top of their stuff. I can’t thank Chuck enough for all he’s done for my family and I!

Very bad experience. Had an appointment to get my vechile serviced at 0815 but the person i was scheduled (Nate Burks) with didn't arrrive until 0840. After waiting for him i was told although I had an appointment my vechile would not be even looked at today because they were 3-4 days behind. I asked for the manager (Allen Pardue) so he could better explain things to me and when I did speak with him he was rude as if I was asking too much to speak to him. Very bad customer service. Thanks!

Took my Ram truck for oil change and tire rotation. Justin was very professional, friendly and as I was in the waiting area, heard him being very patient and courteous on the phone. Service was fast. Very satisfied.

Very disappointed ... Left greasey prints on my door and interior and took me three days to get the cigarette smell out. They said they couldn't fix the small leak at the tire that they screwed up ... Said I needed a new tire (275.00). I took it to Gateway Tires on Shreveport Barksdale Hey in Shreveport, not only did they fix it, they didn't charge me for it. Got my vehicle back and it was clean and didn't stink of cigarette smoke.
