Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in for a sliding door replacement on my van and they have now surpassed 3 estimated dates they said it would be finished. They still have my van and it’s been over a month. They claim they can’t finish my car until another that showed up after mine is complete. We asked for a courtesy rental since it is taking so long and they can’t even get it together to get a rental for us. Wish we could get my car and take it elsewhere. Definitely won’t use them again.

I cannot reach the oil change department to save my life. I have been calling and calling, leaving messages, speaking with other people in different departments, but all they can do is transfer me then it rings and goes to voice-mail. I was even told there were two people working and they still could not answer the phone.

Quick to sell, not so quick to repair I've had nothing but issues dealing with their service department. After purchasing a warranty they took over a month and didn't even move the car from where I parked it and the have completely refused to make the repairs to the pre existing conditions that came with my 2017 Jeep wrangler all warranty covered. do not expect good customer service from this business' and I highly recommend not purchasing from this dealer.

Justin in Service informed me about the tire special that began in March. I have 4 new tires and got an alignment for a great deal!! Super happy about the savings and the service!!

Been trying to call to set up an appointment for 2 weeks never got a call back and no one answers the phone so went up there and gotta schedule an appointment cause they full for 2 weeks super ridiculous that as soon as they sell you the vehicle they don’t care
