My step-dad retired from Hefner's he did quality work for 25 years and I believe that Hefner's will keep doing quality work

I have been taking my vehicles to Hefner's for over 2 years now and they are excellent to work with. They do great work and most importantly I trust that they are only going to do the necessary repairs and not sell me on things I don't need. My last two repairs actually came in under my expectations and under their original quote.

Taking my truck in was a good decision. Going to a great mechanic with such a history was great for my peace of mind. I got my truck towed in first thing on a Monday, and thankfully I was back on the road by 3pm. I feel like I was treated with respect and got the kind of service I expect when spending money on repairs. If you're apprehensive about any of the other reviews on here, just stop by and ask them what they can do for you and why they do it.

I've been through multiple mechanics in the Mesa area, and have always regretted the experiences in the end. BUT when I found Chuck and his crew at Hefner's all that changed. Honest quotes on parts and time, I've been extremely happy with all my repairs at Hefner's. They have gone above and beyond when explaining the repairs needed, and what is required to ruturn my vehicles to top condition. Thanks to Chuck and his crew, my family's trucks are always happy (which makes my family happy).
