Their response time is always prompt, which makes a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Most recently, they came out when my vehicle was stuck deep in the mud. Not only did they arrive quickly, but they had it winched out in no time. You could tell they really know what they’re doing — efficient, careful, and professional from start to finish. Compassionate service!!!! I was recently in Lodi, Ohio, for Special Olympics Regional Basketball. On the way home, I ran out of gas in the turn lane right by a gas station. It's been a very long time since I've been in this situation. Well, a friend was behind us and went to get a gas can and gas. When he returned, the Heidi's Towing truck also pulled up. The gentleman got out and immediately began to help. After we put the gas in the van, it still did not start. The man from Heidi's Towing gently walked me through step-by-step, and my van was running in no time. I offered to pay him, and he would not take any money. This truly touched my heart because it was really cold outside, and he could have just kept going. Instead, he stopped...and helped. I truly appreciate his kindnes

I was on 3 in Medina this morning and came upon two Heidi's Towing vehicles blocking the road to get a poor little red car out of the ditch. Each tow truck was angled in a different direction blocking both directions of the road so that cars couldn't bypass them while they were getting the car out of the ditch. I was the first person to stop coming from the East. I put on my hazards and watched them work. They had the car out of the ditch within three minutes and I was back on my way. I was really impressed by how safely they blocked the road and how quickly they got the car out.

Came and picked up my work van on the side of 71 when my water pump failed. Fast response and super friendly people. Got me back to my shop quickly and safely. Would recommend to anyone in the area! Thanks again guys!
