I bought a used vehicle from this dealership and was told there was an odometer discrepancy, which they disclosed. What they didn’t disclose was that the vehicle had already been declared a total loss due to previous damage. The title was not salvaged, just been declared a total loss. After a recent hailstorm, my insurance company informed me that the car had already been totaled once before I owned it. Because of this, they reduced my payout by $5,000, saying the car was already flagged as a total loss prior to the new damage. This major part of the vehicle’s history was never mentioned and/or down played at the time of sale (I believed I was thorough in asking about vehicle history). First off I want to say I NEVER write reviews let alone bad ones but I have no choice but to. I would put 0 stars but not an option. We bought a used vehicle about 3-4 months ago from here and he assured us the vehicle was in great shape nothing wrong with it. Well within the 1st month we were in the auto shop having to replace something that cost us an additional 500 bucks, one of the windows will not roll up and now we are back at the mechanics having to spend another 1,000 bucks for ANOTHER issue. We took their word and trusted these people and they turned around and screwed us. Beware of what you buy here, save your money and look somewhere else!

They do not have a CLUE how to work on AC. And their warranties mean absolutely nothing. We have gone back 7 times to get the AC fixed in our truck and been charged a minimum of $300 for each repair. The most recent one was a faulty part THEY PUT ON! We were still charged an extra $300. The part was $300 in the first place (at least according to those price gougers) I could have bought the part online and installed it myself for $50. Go somewhere else. Heights automotive isn't worth your time or money.

I traveled from Missoula for the 4th of July to visit family. On the way, our check engine light came on, and I was worried that we might not be able to drive our car home on Sunday. On Saturday, I called Heights Automotive and informed them about the code that our OnStar diagnostics provided. They quickly got us in and performed a thorough diagnosis to ensure we weren't replacing unnecessary parts. It turned out that we had a loose sensor. They turned a potential $1,000 fix and headache into just a $200 check and provided us with peace of mind! I highly recommend them—10/10!
