My car needed a new fuel pump. After calling a couple shops in Middletown and receiving quotes in the low to mid $500 range, I got a recommendation from my boss to take my car to Heiser's. Dan quoted well below the other shops in town, and I had my car dropped off there later that day. Dan explained that he would first diagnose the problem to make sure it was, in fact, the fuel pump that needed replacing. I asked about his pricing and experience, and he gave me all of the relevant information. I was pleased and gave him my business. The car was ready by the next day around noon (when I was first able to pick it up) and it ran fine. I have had no problems since. Also, the final price was within a few dollars of the quoted price.
