Came in today for an oil change and an estimate for sway bar links. Very reasonable prices, quick wait times, and friendly staff. I can see why they have a bunch of awards. Very well earned! I will definitely be returning!

We were here for vacation. Our 2018 Ford F-150 was blowing cold air. We were misled and taken advantage of by John Megel Ford. The dealership wanted to charge us $2,000 for parts and labor we didn't need. However, Hell On Wheels provided us with excellent customer service and saved us a lot of money.

I called to get a quote on spark plugs and ignition coils and the woman asked me “what makes you think you need those done” “because my check engine light came on and I ran a test and that’s what code came up”. Questioning how I want to spend my money. And then couldn’t even give me a price said they would call me back within a week. The owner himself is very good but he needs to fire the woman who answers the phone she’s causing him to lose customers

A very friendly shop that treats you like family. I needed my A/C repaired, and they provided quick service, and were able to get me in quickly. Laid back atmosphere with some cool nic- nacs to check out. The sitting area is small and cramped, but worth it. I recommend it!
