5 stars – Exceptional service and genuine kindness! Took our van to Ideal Auto Services for a PPI and wow – what an awesome experience. Evan (and his wife Megan) run the place, and they’re some of the nicest people you’ll meet. They fell in love with our van the second they saw it, said it was one of the best they’ve ever checked out, and ended up not charging us a dime for the inspection because they loved it so much. The shop is super inviting and welcoming – clean, smells great inside (not your typical garage vibe), and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I was on vacation and my car quit running. Looked these guys up and saw great ratings about them, gave them a call and they took me in immediately. They took care of the issue and found a couple more that they also addressed. Great customer service. Great mechanics. Great crew altogether! Highly recommended.

I've got to use and have came across some really good repair shops and ideal is exactly that a really good shop EVAN really makes you feel confident and safe knowing your car is in good capable hands.

My car needed a crankshaft position sensor. I called and he fit me in the same day!!! Price was awesome and the part was replaced faster than expected. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
