Been taking my car here for over a year and they have always been able to fit me in last minute. My alternator went out in Charlotte and I called Heltons and he coordinated a tow truck to come get my car and I. They fixed it the same day for a very reasonable price. Heltons has always gone above and beyond for me and I will continue to use them every time.

Howard and his crew appear to be some nice fellas's. This is my first time meeting them I'm waiting to get my Son's car completely fixed I will leave more of a review once all the repair work is done! Don Petty Gastonia

If you want to be lied to, wait 7 1/2 hrs for your car and be screamed at, then this is the place for you. They have no clue what they are doing. Had to call police to get my car back at 8:00 at night. Waiting in the dark while being assaulted by several people.

I had an issue with an air injection pump on my Tacoma. Helton Automotive went the extra mile and called the dealership to see if the part was under a recall. It turns out that it was part of a recall and Toyota repaired it for free. Helton is awesome, very trustworthy and honest work! Can’t thank them enough!!!
