Always an excellent experience with this shop! I called and was able to get in the same day for new brake pads and two new tires. They had everything done within a few hours, and the price was very reasonable. As a young woman, I always feel respected and well taken care of here. This will continue to be the only place I go for tires and service!

I could go on and on about the excellant customer service and the sincere goodwill and care these gentlemen showed a stranger, but I want to mention that their work is stellar! They explained issues and what it meant for the long term and have a plan to help me keep it running and take the anxiety about it off my plate. Our tire pressure light came on when we were on vacation from out of state. We pulled in and were helped immediately, they were friendly and kind, took time to examine our tires, identify the issue, remove a tire, clean and replace it, and send us on our way. And they didn’t want to even charge us for the service, even though it took almost 30 minutes of their time. Honest and generous service that certainly made us want to recommend them, even though we never write reviews like this!

Been getting my tires for all my vehicles for 20 years there. Wife calls this morning for a screw in her tire and was told to bring it by between 2 and 3 o’clock. She brings it at 2:15 and was told he couldn’t look at it until the morning. She told him that he said to bring it in between 2 and 3 and they would fix it. He tried to tell her that she didn’t call here because he’s the only one that answers the phone, and she must have called Firestone or somebody else. My wife pulls out her phone and hits redial and his phone rings. He then says we don’t make appointments and he’s not the one who answered the phone even though she recognized his voice. He said bring it back tomorrow morning and we’ll look at it. If you can’t work it in, just say it. Don’t lie to my wife and try and make it loo
