I had a great experience purchasing my 2026 Chevy Trax on January 16, 2026 with Hendricks Chevy Shawnee Mission. Ms. Ari was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest and helpful service. The buying process was smooth and efficient, and I drove off feeling confident in my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

The whole service experience was exceptional. Scheduling the appointment was easy. My service advisor (Joel Mora) was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. I feel like your service center is top notch. Makes me regret not purchasing my Equinox EV through your dealership.

Two stars for quality warranty work. Minus three because they recommended a long list of unnecessary and overpriced services (by approx. $2000) when I brought my Volt in for warranty work based on an unambiguous error code. The few legitimate services that my vehicle could have used, like coolant change based on mileage and service schedule, were listed at double the price of independent shops. Oil and filter change was like four times the cost of Walmart or such. Get your warranty work done here but otherwise steer clear.

My 2020 Chevy Traverse has a back-up camera/video issue causing regular failure to transmit video. As this vehicle was under warranty, I took it to Hendrick as it was closer to my home than the original dealership. Brian Land was my customer service rep. He was courteous, sympathetic, and patiently gather into on the warranty and past efforts to resolve to problem. He went the extra step to consult with GM tech experts, and the result of his efforts and the Hendrick techs, solved the problem with a new radio unit. This has 100% resolved the back-up camera/video issue. Well done! I am now a Hendrick customer!

Customer service was fine. Took their estimated time of 1.5 hours and also fine. Free water was good - however there was no coffee available or cups for coffee. I asked an employee and they said “I don’t know” and walked away. No big deal really.
