My sister needed a new used car. I agreed to help her, but was nervous about going to a large dealership. Then I remembered my friend, Meredith Reynolds, and Reynolds Automotive. Meredith worked patiently (it’s scary buying a car!) with my sister to choose the perfect car for her and helped us both through the process of the next steps including the DMV, etc. I highly recommend Reynolds Automotive!

We had a great experience at Reynolds Automotive buying my first car. Dennis was super friendly and patient, he let us test drive three different cars and never rushed us. Since we decided to get financing through our credit union, they were very flexible and supportive. Even though our loan check was still on the way, they let us take the car home after a down payment. Great service and a smooth process all around!

Todd and Meredith were wonderful to work with!! No pressure. No BS. Just professional and easy going. They let you get the vehicle checked out by your own mechanic. My mechanic commented that it was obvious that this dealer puts care into the cars before putting them up for sale. You can trust this dealer!!

If you are purchasing a vehicle from here, please be sure to have a complete and thorough inspection done by a reputable mechanic. It’s January 12th 2026 i bought my SUV 9/4/25. Check engine light came on for the 1st time since owning SUV- beginning of Dec 2025- OB reader indicated issue within catalytic converter— was finally able to get into shop today for complete diagnostics. Not one but TWO faulty catalytic converters. Todd the owner claims that even if it was in warranty (only 3 month warranty) they wouldn’t have anything to do with the repairs since they “don’t cover that.” Todd also claimed to have no way to know of needed repairs unless the check engine light had come on while in their possesion. However the check engine light has come on and off on its own prior to today’s inspec

Today I co-signed on a used car for my granddaughter. This was her second car, but the first time she financed a car. Meredith and Todd at Reynolds Automotive were awesome! I have been buying new cars for years and like most, never enjoyed the process once you sat down and actually started the purchasing process. By the time the finance person and sales person try their creative accounting, you have the payment you might want, but you feel like you mortgaged a house. Meredith and Todd got us a great used car financing rate. No hidden administrative fees. We actually were the ones that asked about the extended warranty (yes for a used car, the price they offered it for and the bumper to bumper coverage, we bought it) and the overall car purchasing process was a pleasant process. In my 27 y
