Took my boyfriend's car to get the bumper fixed and had an amazing experience! Robert was professional and efficient, and Ms. Tony at the front desk was polite and handled payment nicely. Quick turnaround (Tuesday to Friday) and no pressure sales. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience with Hendrick Collision Center! I dropped my car off on Monday after being rear ended and it was ready by Thursday. The turnaround time was incredibly fast and they did an outstanding job on the repairs. My car looks brand new again! Everyone I interacted with was so nice, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their great customer service and quality work. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience! The receptionist was very kind, patient & understanding. Jeff was kind also and made sure that my car got fixed with new parts and quick service as well. Overall a great experience, I would recommend to anyone for repairs. It can be frustrating to have to get any repairs to your car especially when it isnt your fault but Hendrick Collison Center Cary made the experience effortless. They also have Enterprise in the same building so it’s super convenient. Thanks for all your help! 😊

Hendrick Collision Center Cary is the BEST in quality, customer service and price! My first phone call with Toni Hayes was pleasant, efficient and professional and she was even more so in person despite clearly having many customers on a busy Monday. Robert Breckenridge who provided me an estimate for the body damage was personable, quick and provided excellent customer communication all the way to the completion of the repair. Although I did not get a chance to meet him, Ricardo who performed the repair made the bumper look flawless again. Together, this team not only made my car look absolutely fantastic, but they are fantastic people!!! My vehicle was done super fast (days early!) and looks like it was never damaged. Hopefully not a return customer but if I ever need any damage fixed on my vehicle I will not hesitate to return to Hendrick Collision Center. 100% satisfied!
