Dennis in the service department was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and super friendly the whole time. Even though it was a busy Friday evening, he was upfront and honest about the wait time, even with an appointment. He also checked in with me throughout the process and made sure to get me back in my vehicle as soon as possible. I really appreciated his honesty and friendly attitude. Thanks again, Dennis!

We went to the Toyota service department for a scheduled regular vehicle maintenance checkup, oil change, etc. and had a great experience... as much as one can have at a car shop anyways :-). Cole Kuehl was our technician and he took the time to fully explain what our existing package includes and how long it lasts. Following this, he was prompt and efficient with the services he provided to ensure my car is well-maintained. I really appreciate the professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge that Cole showed during our visit, and hope to work with him again next time!

Long-time Toyota owner who has recently switched away from Hendrick Toyota due to their poor customer service and gross ineptitude. Google forced me to give one star, but if I could I would give zero. The service department at Hendrick Toyota certainly deserve it. A few months back, I took my Camry in for service at Hendrick Toyota Apex. It's located 10 minutes from my house, so the location is very convenient. As usual with Hendrick Toyota, I literally waited half a day for an oil change and transmission service. There was absolutely no communication during the visit outside of trying to upsell me air filters, windshield wipers, and the whatnot via text messages. After the appointment, my car did not run as well. My car is over 100,000 miles, so I thought maybe time was starting to

Had an amazing customer service experience from the moment I walked in until I left. All the sales and guest experience staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The service staff was also top notch, especially Dakota Angel. She was very thorough and empathetic when it came to price objections. Ended up getting a lot of work done for a great price. Most importantly, people at this dealership really care about customers. Highly recommend!

I am extremely impressed with Assistant Service Manager, Cole Kuehl, for taking the time to answer every question I had and wrote the answers down for me. He is extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about customer experience. He also made my son and I feel as if we are valued customers. Because of our experience with him, I highly recommend Toyota Service.
