I hired Hendrickson Towing to help move an office container from one property to another, and I’m beyond satisfied with the experience. Moving these office containers isn’t exactly a standard job, but they handled it like pros. On the day of the move, the team showed up on time, came prepared, and treated the office container with care — making sure it was secured properly before transport. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They navigated tight spots and uneven terrain with ease, and the office container arrived at the new location in perfect condition. The price was reasonable, especially for such a unique job. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was assigned this company through Geico for towing from LI to Queens (my mechanic shop). I received a text stating my car was successfully dropped off. The next day my mechanic calls me to advise my car never arrived to his shop. I called the tow company (after 5pm) and spoke with Rene. She continuously stated "your car was successfully dropped off" and stated the driver was sick that day and she couldn't get a hold of him to know where my car was actually dropped off. I told her I had the same Information as I had received the text but clearly my car was not in the correct place so I needed her to investigate and help me further. Out of 3 other mechs Darnell (Army Vet) was able to promptly chase down an electrical gremlin (tractor to trailer power/ light issue) in a 2023 Freightshaker Cascadia (in a random parking lot at night) using a superior knowledge of fundamental functions, and a humble understanding of changes, and advancements to correct and stabilize the issue; and all with a great attitude in the process!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They accept a service through the insurance, schedule to arrive in 2 hrs, made us wait and then after 2 hours and half, I called and they said they were very busy to attend. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.
