What a great experience! We found our truck on Facebook marketplace. Reached out to Kat and arranged a time to come see the vehicle. It was Christmas Eve when we had time to see it and she made sure our experience was great. Very accommodating and no pressure. We ended up leaving to think more about the purchase and stayed in contact. It was so refreshing to work with a sales person that is not trying to hassle you or pressure you into a purchase. She was so honest about every detail of the vehicle and what the final price would be. Let me just say I have not bought a brand new vehicle in years because I have not enjoyed working with dealerships. Kat at Henkel is a gem! bought a car from this dealership with the understanding that they would buy it back whenever I was ready to sell. When that time came, things completely changed. I kept getting the runaround — “the boss isn’t here,” “he stepped out early,” “he’s out of town,” “there’s an emergency” — and no one ever called me back like they said they would. I had to call multiple times just to get basic communication. I’m not upset they didn’t want to buy the car back — that’s their choice. What bothered me was the lack of honesty and straightforwardness. A dealership should stand by its word or at least be upfront. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.
