Honest, take the time to throughly explain what is wrong with your vehicle and why. They are compassionate about their work. They were highly recommended to me and I was pleasantly surprised and grateful.

Replaced an oil pan for our daughter’s 2012 Honda Civic was leaking oil something terrible. The cost with labor/parts was $798.30. No complaint about that. They got her in and fixed it quickly. Because we used our bank debit card, we were charged an additional 3% per policy. We had no idea.The bill went up to $822.25. I was told only cash or credit cards are accepted but debit cards are not credit cards. Even though the receipt shows the transaction was approved? I gave them 3⭐️ the service level was good but the payment policy tainted the whole experience. How is this justifiable? We will be looking for another AAA authorized auto repair facility that DOES NOT do this to good paying customers! Goodbye Henry’s Auto, our money spends everywhere but it won’t be with you anymore!!
