I was hesitant to provide a 1 star review because I like to give people a chance but Henry's failed me twice. First they nearly damaged my daughter's engine after they failed to put back the oil cap after an oil change. I'm learning now this has happened often with this shop. Oil splattered everywhere and the check light engine turned on. His staff was apologetic, but Henry kept dodging responsibility and never offered an apology. Second was after years of owning my car and never having an issue with the under engine cover, they serviced the axle and removed the cover and didn't secure it properly. It partially fell and scraped so badly that it was destroyed. When I took it to him and explained that they were the ones under that section of the car he said it happens all the time with cars

I’ve been to Henry’s a few times and every visit has been fantastic. They are so polite and you can’t beat the prices. As a single woman, sometimes automotive repair places try to sell you services you don’t need or unnecessary high prices. Henry’s always has the best service and prices I can afford - and what’s more valuable than that: I know I can trust them. They have a lifelong customer! Jordan and Yolie took care of me today and were all smiles, per usual :)

Henry's is one of the best mechanics I know I feel absolutely safe and comfortable leaving my car there with him to fix and 100% know he would not cheat me

Trustworthy mechanic who does great work. A previous mechanic had used a water hose as a substitute for the power steering hose. Henry diagnosed the problem & fixed the issue. He also saved me over $1200 in repairs by rethreading the oil pan. Mechanic across the street wanted to charge me that for a new oil pan (parts & labor.) These guys are the real deal & that’s why they’ve been in business for decades!

Henry’s Auto has serviced 2 of our cars. Our 2014 drives like it’s new. Our other car got brakes there yesterday. Henry’s is great with communication and service. Highly recommend!
