Yesterday I finalized my purchase of a new truck. Extremely happy with my experience with HC. The salesman Jake was great, as was his manager Brandon and the finance guy Lap was awesome to work with. I traded in my 2018 Ram 1500, that I bought from them 8 years ago. The whole process was very smooth for me. They were honest and upfront about everything. Gave me a very fair trade in value considering it's condition and the high mileage on it, and the price of the truck I purchased was a great deal. I loved how I was shown all the information regarding their pricing, and didn't feel like I needed the try to haggle over price because I could see the good deal I was getting. Service department 1/5. Service manger Jamie Devasto is rude and not willing to help customers if their “appointment system is down”. Finally got an appointment booked 10 days out for my oil change. My appointment was for 8 am, oil change tire rotation and new wipers took 3 hours. Got here at 8am and left at 11am. They also don’t give you any service reports on the status of your vehicle inspection? So no updates on the status of my vehicle or any parts. My oil light wasn’t reset and the next oil change linkage was calculated incorrectly. $277 dollars later. Front desk worker is very kind though, 10/10 star review for her.

We just purchased a new Grand Cherokee. Our sales consultant , Jake, made the process very easy. Communication was great and Price was great. The sales manager Josh also offered great customer service. The finance manager , David, also did a great job explaining finance options.
