Excellent experience with the Millbury Jeep dealership! I never felt pressure, they were super helpful and found me my dream Grand Cherokee in Midnight Sky! I am obsessed! Lap was phenomenal to work with through the entire process and David made the finance part so smooth (unlike every other time I purchased or leased a car from a diff dealer). Highly recommend!

The team there were great. They made my purchase super easy and fast. No complaints at all thanks to AJ, Josh, Lap, and David. Very chill buying environment and they let me smash a gong when I purchased which was funner than I thought it would be. Very happy with my new Ram 1500.

I have a 6 speed manual transmission jeep and was having a problem shifting into certain gears and brought it to the service department and service manager Chelsea Waugh told me there was a shifter and cable issue. Chelsea ordered the parts immediately and scheduled an appointment. The service was completed but unfortunately about 4 days later when I was on my way home and when stopped at a red found I lost gears 1,3,5 and reverse. I brought my jeep to the service department the next day and service manager Chelsea Waugh took me in immediately and the technician found the problem and was able to fix it same day. I just wanted to say I appreciated the concern Chelsea had for me and also appreciated she had my Jeep serviced immediately. I will always continue to bring my jeep back to Chelsea
