Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston Parts Center

I trusted this Toyota service center with my car, but they lifted it incorrectly and caused visible damage to the lower side of the vehicle (photos attached). This is unacceptable at an official Toyota facility. Very disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. Also, after coming home, I found that the hubcap was loose.

Rudest service team I’ve ever dealt with. Total bait and switch, told me they’d have the taillight parts I needed to fix my car available, then changed their mind after car was already in shop. Acted like it was my fault somehow. Will never come here again, terrible experience

La verdad es que tienen un pésimo servicio, llevé mi Toyota Highlander con 27,700 millas, y los muy abusivos le pusieron millas de más para cobrarme la pieza. Si no soy vivo y llamo a Atlantic Toyota, no me hubiera enterado de el error que ellos cometieron.
