Amazing atmosphere, Kris has been my go to car guy since i met him in 2021. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else over this guy, attention to detail and a family oriented man. He’ll get you the best deal and won’t let up until he’s got it. I HIGHLY recommend. He’s got your back every step of the way well past the buyers stage he’ll help you out. My car had a check engine light on, I brought it to Heritage Chevrolet. They have done all my oil changes and tire rotations since I bought my car from them 5 years ago. Turns out my car needed a new radiator and thermostat. The service department was excellent and always has been. Staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They always take care of me. This time, they went above and beyond in taking care of their customer for the repairs my car needed. Especially the service manager. They have fair prices and openly listen to you as a customer. The communication was top notch. I received my car back and it drives as good as new. My car was returned to me in immaculate condition. I was initially stressed about the repairs my car needed as car repairs are not cheap. They listened to my concerns

As always Jason Fields did an excellent job helping me find my new car. I had to switch to an SUV since Malibu's are no longer an option so I was a little stressed about everything. Jason walked me through the whole process, answering all my questions and making sure that I got exactly the car I wanted. We found a used Ford Explorer listed on carfax that was all the things we were looking for, and we called ahead and Kris had the vehicle ready for us to look at when we got there. He was incredibly helpful and friendly the whole time. He wasn’t pushy and gave us time and space to think and consider any time we needed it. He was honest when he didn’t know the answer to a question (although he knew the answer to most, I’m just nerdy and ask very specific questions), and he was very willing to go out of his way to find an answer if he didn’t know. The whole process was very pleasant and very much what you want out of car shopping.
