Came to Heritage to check out a new Jeep Gladiator. They had the perfect color for me called “41”. Tavin Ching did an excellent job showing me my dream Jeep and took the time to educate me on what “E-price” means while taking me on a tour of the new dealership. From start to finish I never felt pressured just that I was important. I have never had a car buying experience where they took more time to get to know me rather than what they can sell me. I found my forever dealership and am excited to continue to come back. The shop area was filled with warm and friendly people that answered all of my questions. They even have this cool machine that reports alignment.

The customer service was AMAZING! Steven with the Service Department was very friendly, attentive and professional! I'd say he's the best one I ever had! While we were waiting he checked on us and kept us updated with the status of my Jeep. They had some snacks and drinks for us to enjoy while we were waiting! I even had a follow up phone call the next business day to make sure that I was happy with the service! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel important and that they truly care about you as an individual!
