Walmart Auto Care Center

2.5 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires. Took over an hour for them to get to it even with an appointment they scheduled. Never anyone at the counter. Just a total dumpster fire

I travel in my cargo van for work and needed an oil change. Great service, in and out quickly. Some of the best techs at this location. Even covered my seat and didn’t get any oil on my interior like some past locations did.

I called in to the shop 3 times to very the cost of service and that they would install my tires if I bought online. When I arrived for my actual appointment the information about the installation coverage and the cost were both not accurate. Will never use Walmart auto center again

We were traveling thru Brigham City UT pulling a Uhaul and ended up with a screw in our car tire on Sunday morning. Shawn absolutely took care of repairing our tire in no time and was really personable and got us back on our way to Albuquerque. I have no idea what we would have done on Sunday morning without Shawn and Walmart Tire Center!

Techs vape in customers cars. My husband took my car in for an oil change and watched as a tech was vaping in a customer’s car… only to get into my car after said oil change, to have the car reek of watermelon vape. Very unprofessional. Won’t be going back. ***update*** Took the car home and it was leaking oil. Walmart claims it’s not their fault- so I took the car to a mechanic, paid them to look at it, and found out there are loose bolts. What a joke.
