Very Pleasant experience working with Essence at this dealership. She made us very comfortable, and was courteous the entire time. Although she is a newer hire, when we had more technical questions, she made sure to get the right answers for us. Her Sales Manager Ryan was also fantastic, kind, understanding and no games. We were early in the stage of looking at all different makes and models, and they were understanding of us needing to narrow down our wants and needs. Although we did not purchase from them, I would urge people to give them a shot. A great way of doing business, when I am in the market again, I will surely be back.

I had a great experience here. Starting with the sales manager Ryan, he gave it to me straight. He provided me with numbers right away and didn’t try to play games. He was up-front and honest. I could’ve taken the numbers and shopped 20 more dealerships to save some money but because of his honesty and communication, he won the business. Everyone works as a team there. Numerous employees including finance managers and other salesman poked in to offer advice and answer questions even though the deal had nothing to do with them. The right amount of follow-up without being overbearing. My salesman was Christian and he did a great job too. Great communication, and stayed late on a Saturday to get my deal done. Even followed me to my house to get some final documents for the deal to get across

Don't believe them at all. I think they're all people who try to sell cars with nice words and then don't care about your problems. They gave me a one-month warranty on the car I bought on December 20th, but I haven't even used it for 10 days and I started hearing a rattling sound in the axles. The brake checks weren't done properly, and the car's wheel balance isn't right. I went to their office in another state to pick up the car, but when I reported the problems, they told me to bring the car to Maryland for repairs. How reliable do you think that is? And right now, the warranty they mentioned is just on paper. I think you shouldn't trust that service manager, Cristina. They're liars.

He even drove over an hour to obtain a signature from a family member since the trade-in vehicle was titled in their name, which is something he absolutely did not have to do, but chose to anyway.
