I just purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator from Jones used. Meena Hermeena was an incredible jones salesman. He has a vast knowledge of all of the cars on the lot and process to drive home in one. He can sell without forcing the sale on you, and has all of the “why” when asked questions. I highly recommend asking for Meena if you are in the market for a used automobile.

Jones Junction/Jones Used Cars gave me the best experience of my life buying my car! They sent a shuttle to pick me up ( an hour and a half away)! The shuttle driver, Tony, was so pleasant and friendly. We talked the whole way and the time just flew by! My salesman Paul Frank was the best. He made me feel comfortable, had a great sense of humor, was very professional, and had a great personality. Taylor Newcomb worked with me in the finance department and again was so nice, pleasant and made me feel so comfortable! Buying this car was not stressful it was fun! I am a forever customer! They are the absolute best!!

Just bought my Subaru Forrester from Josh S. This was the most pleasant experience car shopping I have ever had. Meena Hermeena was absolutely incredible. Normally buying cars is very frustrating and you're dealing with being overcharged and ran around the bush to get what you think is fair, but Meena kept going above and beyond to make the experience well worth my time. If there was an issue, he fixed it or did more than was expected to make it right, and he worked with me like I was a human rather than a commission. Highly recommend, I'd give him 6 stars if I could!
