In my family, there are four drivers, and three cars. All three of my vehicles are on the road every day, without fail. So needless to say, when I found a screw in my tire, I needed a repair to be done as quickly as possible. I called Heritage Tire In Windsor, and they were gracious enough to slot me in before the end of the day. I cannot speak highly enough for the office staff and the repair crew! They patched up my tire within 20 minutes, I was not even finished drinking my complementary coffee in the waiting room. Amazing Service, This Company went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. We hit a pot hole, causing a Flat tire. We tried driving around on the Donut, to find a repair shop. 2 places said we had to wait 2 days for them to order a Tire. We kept looking for Tire places, We came across Heritage Tire in Windsor. Tammy Meyer put us at ease, told us she would have a Tire the next day. We checked out of our Hotel, went to Heritage Tire, pleased to meet so many kind understanding people. Sonny Dickens, got us coffee ☕, made the whole experience affordable and Enjoyable. We had a 5 hour Drive, and we got home Safe, to our own bed! You definitely are 5☆, Thanks so much Cindy and Brian

I dealt with Aaron at Heritage Tire and he was fantastic. He helped me out in a bind, found me a tire quickly, and gave me solid advice. You can tell he’s genuinely trying to help you out, not just sell you something. Highly recommend working with him and this company—great service all around!
