I referred a friend before using them myself due to great things I've heard. She was extremely happy with her results due to her having a foreign car she was stressed she couldn't find a shop to fix her car. Herman's saved the day. UPDATE!!!! They put a transmission in my truck and I worried these guys so bad. However everybody I talked to was very polite and they fixed my truck I am so happy I wish I could hug them all. Finally after 3 places looking into . I called they answered told me to bring them the keys drop it off. Finally results. Can’t get better than that! Its frustrating knowing you have to go through so many others that obviously cannot run a business correctly. To know you finally have a place that knowledge you as a person.

I spoke with the guy before taking my vehicle. He told me he could get to it that Wednesday. I drop it off that Wednesday. While talking to one of his employees i got the impression that this guy knows his stuff. After that I felt like whatever the problem or problems were that they will find it. That following Tuesday I got the call to tell me that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the counter, I was greeted with a pleasant fellow that I believe was the owner. Thank you for the experience and the attitude you had. I pray that I don't have any other issues, but if I do this will be the first place I will call. 😎

Excellent service. I had an air conditioning problem on my Nissan Versa (compressor kept cycling on/off about every 5 seconds, wouldn't cool): they trouble-shoot to a faulty thermo-amplifier in the dash. A/C works perfect now, like in a new car! Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful...kept me informed all the way including providing an estimate prior to any repairs being done. I recommend them to anyone and would go back if the need ever arises again. TWO THUMBS UP!
