Recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 XLT and my experience was top teir. Everyone was extremely helpful and very patient as specific details were worked out. Would definitely recommend to anyone that sees something in their inventory that catches their eye. The day moved a little slower than felt necessary but it is a new building for them so stuff happens Special thanks to Zeke, huge help and great communication!

I had electronic computer issues ever since I bought the car...it sat at the last dealership for two months for a check engine light. It was fixed, but then the stop / start function stopped working. Which was just the beginning of more computer issues , power steering function, then the check engine light again. Took it to Hermiston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Dept. and we expected it to take 3 days to find the issue, plus do the recall. 3 hours later, it was done, and they found the root of the problem. It was a simple update! I am so blown away with the customer service that the whole crew was so considerate of my needs!!!

Bad service. Took forever, 3 days past appointment. And not till we gave money, which we'll never see again. And didn't even fix the problem. Took our truck to a little local shop in boardman or. Took him 10 min to fix.

The wait was long, but the service was good. We recommend them.
