This is the best auto repair shop in the South Bay. Rob and his team have always been kind, communicative, and fair with their prices. I've taken my vehicles to Hermosa Auto 10+ times and trust Rob to be transparent and provide options that can expedite services and give pricing options. I had some car issues from all the rain we got recently, I took my car here for the first time weary as a young woman the mechanic can be intimidating as I don’t understand much about all the aspects of a car. I am so fortunate to have found this place! Without an appt I was able to come in, I really appreciate Robert listening to me when I first called and he did his best to explain to me through the whole process (had to leave my car for 2 days). My car is up and running, I’ll be back for regular maintenance. Thanks!

This place is good. I have an older vehicle (2003), and they were honest and didn't charge me for things I didn't need. I've taken both my vehicles here for service with no complaints. As with anything ask questions, communicate clearly about what you do and don't need. Locals seem to like.
