Herren Tire West

I have been going to Herren tire for over a decade. In my personal experience....... Excellent work and customer service. Previously I have always gone to the original store. Well that all changed today. I went to the second/new location. You know how some people say sequels are never as good as the original. The new location is excellent. Plus they have plans to open 2 more locations in other towns. Lucky towns to receive this level of service. 300 airport Dr. Is the The whole staff was professional and friendly. They even popped fresh popcorn. I do not think I am the only one that loves the smell of fresh popcorn. My experiences have all been excellent. And after today this continues. They PUT tire on different side!! So of course same driving conditions bad!!! And they closed earlier that day cause of it being on a Saturday only till noon. By the time I noticed what happened ot was to late!! Then WALMART to my rescue and I should have gone there in the first place!!! Kicking my self all weekend for Herrin tire place!! Never will I go there again!!! That one tire ended up costing me out of pocket 2 tires bought when I was asking for just 1 in the first place!!

Brought in my 2013 Accord coupe equipped with lowered aftermarket coilovers and SPC rear adjustable toe/camber arms. Needed a 4 wheel alignment after plaza tire refused to touch any of it saying “they only adjust oem”. Well good for them, Herren Tire got me covered at half the price. Can’t beat it.

Customer service is amazing great prices and will give other options and great opinions if something is better. Will be back.
