Took my vehicle here had all the calipers replaced and brake work as well. My parking brake was fixed in the process. I've been driving the car for about a week now and I have no issues with it. Also, the owners seem to like to educate their clients and let them know what exactly is going on. They keep a clean shop. Which means something if, you know then, you know. I feel they are honest and reputable. I would take my car here.

HONEST!!, they communicated the problem withmy Volvo and gave me options to try. Loved having a part in making the decision on my car and budget. They were fast and I had my car back in no time at all. I will tell everyone about Zack, Brian and Jeff. Finding a trustworthy mechanic in a small home town of Copley is amazing. I’m a firm believer that a business’ bathroom tells you everything you need to know about how they run their business. And let me tell you…their bathroom is PRISTINE! I am a frequent flyer to their bathroom (I’m a mail carrier), and it’s truly one of the cleanest bathrooms in Coplay/Whitehall- take my word, I’ve used quite a few. I can almost guarantee they take care of their customers vehicles the same way they take care of their bathroom! Their attention to detail is unmatched and is greatly appreciated! Highly recommend these guys!

When I tell you the bathroom is pristine, I mean I have been in some pretty swanky places before but this place takes the cake. After hearing about the "Bathroom Lore" at Herstine's i couldn't wait to make the trip. It didn't disappoint! Five stars doesn't even come close to the score this bathroom deserves! Keep up the great work Herstine's. This will become just like Dave Portnoy's pizza reviews I am sure! May you be blessed with more business than you can handle!

Great local neighborhood shop. Help me out in the jam when no one else would very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them in the future
