Can't say enough good things about this business and I am so glad to have found them! With two teens/young adults in the household driving money pits, Reph's has been an absolute godsend. They've done numerous jobs both big and small, and every issue has been fixed promptly, reasonably priced, and always done right the first time. Very responsive and up-front, they've never tried to over-sell, up-sell, or push unnecessary stuff ever. Very knowledgeable and super nice folks running a repair shop the way it should be!

My wife and I moved to Northampton 3 months ago. We have always been scrambling to find a good mechanic shop, never had success. We tried dealers, small shops, large shops etc.... never any luck. I was referred to Rephs by a client of mine who swore by Rephs. I am EXTREMELY happy to finally say, we found our local shop. The owner of the shop Dan, is a great guy. Very personable, cares, great conversation! The shop is very clean, organized, and they thoroughly explain things and know exactly what they are doing.
