Hertz Car Rental - Addison - Midway Road

Keta and Jared provide amazing service! They’re friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The cars are consistently clean and in excellent condition. Easily my favorite Hertz rental location in Dallas.

Jared is awesome! He had a car ready for me on short notice. The office was short staffed, and it was a busy day, but Jared did it all (he even washed the car because the person who usually washes the cars hadn’t made it back from break yet) to get me in and back to work ASAP. Plus, he did it with a kind attitude.

“Keta” Davis went above and beyond when we picked up our Nissan Rogue rental SUV. She totally ensured we could get our navigation maps and music for our long drive. She was helpful once again when we returned the rental. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly disgusted with what happened today. My car was in the shop so I went on Priceline and rented a car from this location $25/day electric vehicle "manager special". and Yes I received a confirmation email. Then I got an Uber and went there. When I got there I was told they had no cars available (I could clearly see a small electric vehicle sitting in the parking lot) As I am trying to explain the above, she says "I'm not going to argue with you" to me. As a customer I was disappointed and irritated over this incident but I wasn't rude to her in any way. As a customer I have a right to express this to a company that just caused me to waste $15 on an Uber. Then I asked her to cancel the reservation and she said that she could not do it. I’m really disappointed with the service at this location. I’ve booked cars with Hertz around 10 times before and never had a problem, but today was different. I had booked a small sedan three days ago, and now I’m being told — at the last minute — that it’s not available. The only option offered was an electric car, which doesn’t work for my trip. Because of this, I had to cancel my plans. What’s worse is that I wasn’t informed earlier and nothing was offered to make up for the issue. This has been a really frustrating experience, and honestly, this is the worst service I’ve received from any Hertz location.
