Hertz Car Rental - Albuquerque - Lomas Boulevard Ne

Showed up today, to return my rental. And they are closed down! All of the cars are gone. The office was closed and all of the furniture is gone. The sign on the door says they closed down two days after I picked up my car. Would have been nice to know when I picked it up. Had to drive over San Mateo and Osuna to return the car. The gentleman there told us they had known they were closing for a month. I'll never use Hertz again

Wish I’d read the reviews before. Even though Hertz will actually confirm a rental to you at this location through insurance, and the Hertz website still says it’s open, this location closed months ago. It’s a car dealership now.

Cancelled prepaid reservation the day beforehand on a busy weekend. Worse yet, I had to call some other support number to get a full refund.

I tried to call the location to see what was available for rental and they don’t even get you through to talk to a customer service rep terrible !!! Why even have a local phone # if you can’t speak to anyone

This place should close and Jason should be unemployed immediately
