Hertz Car Rental - Anaheim - Marriott Hotel

[Return] It was very difficult for me to return my rent-a-car without the explanation. Nobody tells me. So it was so useful the reviews in here. When we return the rent-a-car, we need to go to the parking lot 4th floor. Then we park our car the designated area. Don’t forget to bring the key. Once we return the car, we go down 1st floor and go to the front desk. There is a box on the left side of the front desk where we can return the key. [Pickup] There is no Hertz counter here. So we ask the doorman or go to the valet service counter which is the left side of hotel entrance. Then the doorman brings your car.

This is one of the drop off location close to Disney. It was on the 4th floor of the Marriott parking lot. There will be no signage at all. Grab a ticket beforehand at the entrance and drive all the way up to the 4th floor where you will see dedicated Hertz parking spots. Take the elevator back to the hotel lobby where they will take your keys. Take lots of picture as they will not provide any receipt.

I’m posting a review to help others who were confused about this Hertz. This Hertz location is not a full service location, but rather convenience site for guests of the Marriott. If you have Gold or President’s Circle status, the Hertz team will bring you a car and leave the key with the Anaheim Marriott valet. I had an incredible experience and it was very easy. The staff at the hotel didn’t really know how the Hertz situation worked, although their manager was incredibly nice and tried his best. It’s best to ask Hertz directly instead of the hotel staff for any questions related to your rental. Hertz texted me before my reservation to confirm and informed me they could only bring the car to me if I was a Gold or President’s Circle member, otherwise I would have to go a nearby locatio

This location is literal shit, and the call centers are as well I'm a gold member if it even mattered Now my hertz account is being logged into by an unknown device, shocked after Gia from customer service hung up on me

I was able to drop off my vehicle here based on reviews by other customers. The drop-off, situated on the hotel's fourth floor, mandates a visit to the lobby for key submission, adding an inconvenience to the return process. Regrettably, even after three days, I am still confronted with an outstanding $300 incidental charge, accompanied by 4 (updated from 3 earlier) separate transactions of $100 each on my account. Update: Had to call the customer care explaining when the car was dropped, they closed the contract and removed the holds after the call. Skip this location to avoid all the hassle!
